Deliver capability at a scale neither of us reaches alone.

TrainingRamp generates and evidences training. Turning that into a working capability programme inside a health service, an agency, or a national operator takes people who know the organisation. That is the work our partners do, and the programme is built so it pays.

Partnership tracks

Four ways to work with us.

Pick the one that matches how you already earn. Organisations run more than one track where it makes sense, and the agreement covers both.

Implementation partners

Consultancies and L&D providers who deploy TrainingRamp inside client organisations and build the capability frameworks around it.

  • Deployment and change management for enterprise rollouts
  • Competency framework design mapped to client obligations
  • Ongoing capability advisory beyond the initial implementation

Technology partners

HRIS, LMS, identity, and analytics vendors who connect their platform to TrainingRamp so shared customers stop reconciling two records of who is trained.

  • Certified integration listed in our directory
  • Joint technical documentation and reference architecture
  • Early access to integration APIs before general release

Resellers and panel partners

Organisations that hold Australian government panel positions or established public-sector buying relationships, reselling TrainingRamp under those arrangements.

  • Margin on licence and services revenue
  • Support through tender responses and agency briefings
  • Access to residency, accessibility, and assurance documentation

Content and RTO partners

Registered training organisations and content publishers whose material becomes generated modules inside customer workspaces.

  • Distribution to enterprise and government workspaces
  • Revenue share on content consumed through the platform
  • Attribution and version control across every generated module

What partners get

Support that survives contact with a real deal.

Real margin, stated up front

Commercial terms are published in the partner agreement rather than negotiated per deal. You know what a deal is worth before you invest in it.

Technical enablement

Sandbox environments, integration documentation, and access to our engineers during build. Not a slide deck and a login.

Certification that means something

Practitioners certify on the platform and on the assurance obligations that come with regulated customers. Certified partners are listed publicly.

Pipeline, not just permission

We refer opportunities that need implementation capacity or a panel position we do not hold. The programme is meant to move revenue in both directions.

How the programme works

Four steps from first conversation to first joint account.

  1. 01

    Apply

Tell us the customers you serve, the capability you bring, and which track fits. We reply within three business days.

  2. 02

    Assess fit

A working session on where your practice and the platform overlap, and honest scoping of the demand we can each see.

  3. 03

    Enable and certify

Sandbox access, technical enablement, and certification for the practitioners who will deliver.

  4. 04

    Go to market

Joint account planning, referral flow in both directions, and listing in the partner directory.

What we look for

A short programme that works beats a long list that does not.

We would rather sign four partners who deliver than forty who appear in a directory. Applications are assessed against the criteria opposite, and we say no clearly when the fit is not there.

  • Demonstrated delivery in enterprise or Australian government environments

  • Named practitioners who will certify and stay engaged after the first deal

  • Ability to meet customer security and privacy obligations in your own right

  • Willingness to be measured on customer outcomes rather than licences moved
